Maximum number of participants

The conference will be able to host 400 participiants as a maximum. Please sign in well in time. 

You shall be registered and your participation secured in order of receiving your registration form and payment

Payment

International IBAN or Swift codes will appear from the registration form. Home banking is likely to facilitate bank transfer, indicating IBAN and Swift codes. Our bank charges DKK 30,00 for a bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT, and they claim that is the cheapest way.
 
Prices on the registration form are in Danish currency (DKK). Please indicate this currency when paying. Please note that you will bear bank charges relative to the transfer. We have calculated our prices as per this as a fact.
 
You shall receive a confirmation when payment has been received our end.

When your hotel has submitted a confirmation of your booking, please send a mail with the name of the hotel to:

We need this piece of information for coordinating transportation in busses during the conference.

If you choose other hotels than the ones we have pre-booked, we shall not be able to include free transportation by bus.

The Soroptimist bus will make stops only at the hotels indicated on this site.
