Once you have opened it, you may save it, for example on your desk top
Please fill in yellow boxes
Filling in appropriate number of participants, the form will automatically generate amounts to be paid
Once you have filled in the form, please save on your computer
Send the form by e-mail as an attached file, using your mail program. This could be Outlook.
If you have a hotmail account, attach and send from this account via Internet as usual. A double click on your mouse is likely to open Outlook and come up with the e-mail address of Anna Marie Jensen
Please do remember to attach the excel document !
Alternative: you may send the file directly from the excel program from the menu: Files – send. Normally it will open Outlook
Having sent the registration form:
Make a bank transfer from your home banking, if you have got one.
Upon registration our end of the amount and your name, we shall submit a receipt and a registration number.
Please indicate this registration number in all future correspondence with us
