First thing this day, we will visit Silkeborg Art Museum and its beautiful Asger Jorn Collection.

This part of the country is where you will find the largest connection of woods in Denmark. With a rich system of beautiful lakes, this area invites to recreation and a variety of outdoor activities. This is a perfect full stop for a tourist visit.

Silkeborg and surroundings nourish art and cultural activities all year, providing a large range of exhibitions, concerts and performances. One example to mention is a recently renovated building that was formerly a paper works, now frequently visited.

We continue our tour over the countryside with the characteristic hills, and will soon come to Herning. This town is known for its textile production, and the town has made a name of itself for its ability of merge everyday art into public institutions like schools and business life.

Herning Kunstmuseum, Herning Museum of Art and Carl Henning Petersen and Else Alfelts Museum are famous for large collections of very famous Cobra works.

We will visit TEKO, a school of modern life style, where design and business are united in a contemporary education
