What to do when mailing the file:
Click at Reservation file. You can choose to save the file or open it. Please save it f.ex. on your desktop.
Then open the file from your PC.
On the form you now complete all the yellow sections
When you are done, remember to save the file on your PC again.
Now the file can be mailed from your mail program.
You can click on the mail address to the hotel to get the right mail address
Remember to attach the file !
Or
From the excel file you can go to the function: File - Send to go directly to your mail program (Windows XP). Then you have to type the mail address of the hotel. You can read/copy the address from the form.
